Capture Detroit is a Journey tribute act from the Motor City. Paul Hemond is the vocalist, along with guitarist Kirk Nelson, drummer Tom Mulawka, bass player Greg Simmerlein and Dan McCarthy on piano.

The band "re-creates and re-captures Journey's greatest hits that have withstood the test of time after all these years," according to its Facebook profile.

All concerts take place 7-8:30 p.m. There is free admission and parking. Concert-goers are encouraged to bring their own blankets or lawn chairs to sit on.

The shows are presented by Michelob Ultra and sponsored by Petitprent.

Veterans Memorial Park is located on Jefferson Avenue at Masonic Boulevard, St. Clair Shores.
